For Marine Contractors: Get Homeowner Requests by Name

Southwest Florida homeowners use our permit-based rankings to choose who quotes their dock, boat lift or seawall. Join the network and they can pick you.

How the network works

Put your permit record in front of Southwest Florida homeowners planning docks, boat lifts and seawalls. Homeowners choose contractors by name from the town rankings and quote form, with up to 3 picks. Partners get call and quote buttons. Your place in the ranking comes from public permit records and stays separate from your referral agreement.

  • Up to 3 partners serve each area, each with a call-tracking number and quote button on the site.
  • No sign-up or monthly fee; payment follows final inspection on a referred job, matched to its public permit record.
  • Jobs paid by an insurance claim are excluded, and requests that never become jobs carry no fee.

Questions from contractors

What are the referral fees?

A new dock with a boat lift carries a $1,000 fee. A dock, new, rebuilt or added onto, carries a $500 fee. A new seawall, replacement or repair carries a $400 fee. A boat lift on its own carries a $350 fee. There is no fee for a lift cover or canopy. These are referral fees, separate from the price you agree with the homeowner.

When is a fee due?

A fee is due only after a job referred through the site passes final inspection, matched to the public permit record. There is no sign-up fee, no monthly fee and nothing to pay for a request that does not become a job. Jobs paid by an insurance claim are excluded and carry no fee.

How do homeowners reach a partner contractor?

Homeowners can choose up to 3 contractors by name on the quote form. Each partner also gets its own call-tracking number on the site and a quote button. There are up to 3 partners per area. These tools give homeowners a way to contact you; they do not set a volume of requests or jobs.

Does joining change the permit ranking?

Rankings never change for pay. The order comes from public permit records, so joining adds contact options rather than a different position. Contractors outside the network stay listed with their permit data, without call or quote buttons. You can read the ranking method to see how the site counts local dock, lift and seawall activity.

What comes before the first request?

A short written referral agreement comes before the first request. It sets out the arrangement for referred jobs, including payment after final inspection and the insurance-job exclusion. Either side can end the agreement with notice. Read it against the job types you take on, including combined dock-and-lift work, standalone lifts and seawall repairs.
